Subscription dues are just like a magazine subscription, which gives you
365 days of membership in the VFW. The basic breakdown of the membership process is as follows:
If you are an 'Annual Member' and pay your dues before January 2025, your
expiration date will be January 2026. If you pay after that date, whenever your dues are processed at VFW National Headquarters will be the new expiration date. For example, if you send in your dues on 01 FEB 2025 and it's processed by VFW National on 15 FEB 2025, your new expiration date
would be 15 FEB 2026.
Annual membership is $45, and it's due on the anniversary of the date you joined the VFW or the date of your annual renewal.
